BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to transfer unencumbered funds
available in prior CDBG budget years from commercial demolition accounts to an account
called the "YMCA Elderly Housing Project" as follows:
From Commercial Demolition for Fiscal Year 1994 $54,451
From Commercial Demolition for Fiscal Year 1995 $91,549
To YMCA Elderly Housing Project $146,000
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this Z day of
1996.
