BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the Houston-
Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase of
one (1) 100 foot Pierce Lance Platform Fire Truck in the amount of$592,110.
