WHEREAS, on Monday, June 3, 1996, bids were received for an annual contract
to purchase corrugated polyethylene pipe for the Streets and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Supply Co. submitted a bid in the following amounts:

18" Tees $ 138.38
24" Tees $ 172.20
36" Tees $ 312.63
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore Supply
Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Supply Co. for an annual contract to purchase
corrugated polyethylene pipe for the Streets and Drainage Division in the above stated
amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
