BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make payment to Con-Equip,
Inc. for emergency repairs to a 1993 Link Belt excavator used by the Water Utilities
Department in the amount of$17,937.50.
