RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on Monday, May 20, 1996, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract to provide sodium bisulfite to be used by the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Coastal Products & Chemicals submitted a bid in the amount of$.98
per gallon; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coastal
Products & Chemicals should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coastal Products & Chemicals for an annual contract to provide
sodium bisulfite for the Water Reclamation Plant in the amount of $.98 per gallon be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the jlelz day of
1996.
