BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to purchase the following property
together with all improvements thereon in an amount not to exceed $126,000:
Being lots 310-314, Block 49, Beaumont Townsite, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas.
