RESOLUTION NO. I—
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a 100 ton air condensing unit
and one (1) air handling unit for the Beaumont Civic Center Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Delta Air Conditioning submitted a bid in the amount of$97,946; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Delta Air
Conditioning should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Delta Air Conditioning for the purchase of a 100 ton air
condensing unit and one (1) air handling unit in the amount of $97,946 for the Beaumont
Civic Center Complex be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
