BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) set of Caron compactor
wheels at a cost of $43,525 from the Caron Compactor Company. This purchase is
exempt from competitive bidding because it is available from only one source.
