RESOLUTION NO.'2L-:.L,Z,Z
WHEREAS, the claim of Della Howard has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Della Howard
in the amount of Five Thousand Ninty-three and 27/100 ($5,093.27) Dollars.
