BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the Southeast
Texas Community Development Corporation (SETCDC) for the expenditures of funds
related to the City's HOME Grant Program.
