BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Subro Audit, Inc. is hereby authorized to commence litigation in the name of
the City of Beaumont against Kenneth and Cynthia Hunt to collect all amounts due the City
of Beaumont arising from a subrogation claim.
