WHEREAS, bids were received for purchase of three (3) pneumatic boring
machines for the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Green Equipment Company submitted bids as follows:
Model Price
Allied Model 218C $2,750.00
Allied Model 2501C $5,250.00
Allied Model 4000C $13,450.00
TOTAL $21,450.00
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Green
Equipment Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Green Equipment Company for the purchase of three (3)
pneumatic boring machines for the Water Utilities Department in the above referenced
amounts be accepted by the City, of Beaumont.
