WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for printing the Comprehensive Brochure for
the Convention and Visitor's Bureau; and,
WHEREAS, Kay's Composition submitted a bid for 50,000 Comprehensive
Brochures at $777.90 per thousand plus $675 storage and delivery charges totaling
$39,570; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kay's
Composition should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kay's Composition for 50,000 Comprehensive Brochures for
the Convention and Visitor's Bureau in the amount of $777.90 per thousand plus $675
storage and delivery charges totaling $39,570 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
