HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 96-102 RESOLUTION NO. &- G' WHEREAS, on August 15, 1995, City Council awarded a contract to APAC-Texas, Inc. for the 1995 Street Rehabilitation Program in the amount of$1,624,734.81; and, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 and Final is being requested to add a pay item to the Contract to alleviate a drainage problem and to adjust pay item quantities from quantities estimated to quantities actually used in the amount of $4,485.80; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 and Final, as stated above, with APAC-Texas, Inc. increasing the contract in the amount of $4,485.80, accepting the project and authorizing final payment in the amount of $85,053.22. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of rill i , 1996. - Mayor -
