WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
drainage improvements in the South Park area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for drainage improvements in the South Park
area be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 2: Fifty-foot drainage easement out of Lot 21 of the Annie T. Warren
Subdivision in the J. W. Bullock Survey (1325 West Virginia Street)
Negoitated Value: $8,500.00
(Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.)
Owner: Epsilon Alumni Endowment Fund, Inc.
