WHEREAS, on April 1, 1996, bids were received for furnishing labor, materials, and
equipment for the construction of Collier's Ferry Recreational Area; and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Construction, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$1,075,648.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Construction, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Construction, Inc. for furnishing labor, materials, and
equipment for the construction of Collier's Ferry Recreational Area in the amount of
$1,075,648.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for such services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the LLLia day of
