BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and accept the 1996
HUD Consolidated Grant Funds in accordance with the final statement of objectives
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
