WHEREAS, on April 1, 1996, bids were received for the installation of vinyl siding,
aluminum gutters and aluminum insulated windows at the two (2) story Health
Administration Building located at 950 Washington Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, AAA Siding and Windows submitted a bid of$37,173; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by AAA Siding and
Windows should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by AAA Siding and Windows for the installation of vinyl siding,
aluminum gutters and aluminum insulated windows at the two (2) story Health
Administration Building located at 950 Washington Boulevard in the amount of $37,173
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
