WHEREAS, on Monday, March 25, 1996, sealed bids were received for the
purchase of a water filtration system for the Magnolia Park Swimming Pool; and,
WHEREAS, Stark Aquatic Systems, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$21,750.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Stark Aquatic
Systems, Inc. should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Stark Aquatic Systems, Inc. for the purchase of a water filtration
system for the Magnolia Park Swimming Pool in the amount of$21,750.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14V day of
1996.
