WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 58: 0.021 of an acre out of Lot 8, Block 1, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition
Appraised Value $250.00
