WHEREAS, bids were received on March 4, 1996, for the purchase of two (2)
rubber track mini excavators for use by the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Rental Services submitted a bid in the amount of$78,590 for
two (2) Takeuchi Model TB035 mini excavators; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mustang Rental
Services should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Rental Services for the purchase of two (2) Takeuchi
Model TB035 mini excavators in the amount of $78,590 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
