WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing and installing an emergency
generator and constructing a building to enclose the generator at the Loeb Water Well site
in Lumberton, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, N & T Construction submitted a bid in the amount of$321,90; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by N & T
Construction should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by N & T Construction for providing all labor, material and
equipment necessary to furnish and install an emergency generator and construct a
building to enclose the generator at the Loeb Water Well site in Lumberton, Texas, in the
amount of$321,900 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
