WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for an annual contract for City employee
work uniforms with prices firm for twelve (12) months to allow for additional purchases;
and,
WHEREAS, Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply Company submitted a bid as
follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Shepherd's
Uniform and Linen Supply Company of Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Shepherd's Uniform and Linen Supply Company for an annual
contract for City employee uniforms with prices firm for twelve (12) months to allow for
additional purchases at the above stated prices be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the •f day of
