RESOLUTION N0. 96 - Z
WHEREAS, on March 11, 1996, bids were received for the South Park Drainage
Project - Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid of $2,947,124.24; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. for the construction of the South Park Drainage
Project - Phase I in the amount of $2,947,124.24 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
