RESOLUTION NO. g
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for an annual contract to provide routine
maintenance for City vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, The Lube Shop, Inc. submitted a bid as follows:
Routine Maintenance
Automobiles (includes patrol, non-patrol vehicles, & vans) $16.48
Pickup Trucks (Gasoline engines) $16.48
Pickup Trucks (Diesel engines) $30.90
Pickup Trucks (Diesel turbo charged engines) $35.90

Automobile 5.7 Liter V8 Gasoline engine $28.99
Pickup Truck 4.3 Liter V6 Gasoline engine $28.99
Pickup Truck 7.3T Liter V8 Diesel engine $44.99

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by The Lube Shop,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by The Lube Shop for an annual contract to provide routine
maintenance for City vehicles in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
such services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the/.� day of
