WHEREAS, eleven bids were received for furnishing an annual contract for
janitorial services for City Hall, Police/Municipal Court Building, Beaumont Public Library
and Tyrrell Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, Servall Service, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $104,340.00
annually; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Servall Services,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Servall Services, Inc. for an annual contract for janitorial
services for City Hall, Police/Municipal Court Building, Beaumont Public Library and Tyrrell
Historical Library in the amount of $104,340.00 annually be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
such services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
