RESOLUTION NO. -S
WHEREAS, on February 19, 1996, bids were received for providing property
damage insurance for City owned property; and,
WHEREAS, Zurich-American Insurance Company through Insurance Concepts
submitted a bid of$105,124; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Zurich-American
Insurance Company through Insurance Concepts should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Zurich-American Insurance Company through Insurance
Concepts for providing property damage insurance for City owned property in the amount
of $105,124 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the , �w, day of
