WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for a new
branch library in the north end;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for a new branch library in the north end be and
the same is hereby approved:
6.9588 acres out of the A. Williams and the F. Bigner Survey
Negotiated Value $47,000.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
