BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to open an account with Prudential Securities
Incorporated in the name of City of Beaumont for investment purposes in accordance with
the law of the State of Texas and the City's investment policy.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
