BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for space allocation
with the Beaumont Association for Senior Citizens in the north wing of the Best Years
Center located at 780 South Fourth Street for a term of three (3) years in consideration of
a nominal Three Dollar ($3.00) rental payment commencing March 1, 1996.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
