WHEREAS, Gulf States Utilities Company has requested a five (5) foot utility
easement on City owned property on Lots 1 and 2, Block 5 of Calder Highlands Addition
for the West Lucas Drive Project, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the grant of said utility easement and
is of the opinion that the said easement of property is necessary and desirable and that
same should be granted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said utility easement is hereby granted to Gulf States Utilities Company for the West
Lucas Drive Project.
