WHEREAS, on January 8, 1996, bids were received for the replacement of an
underground fuel storage tank located at the Police Station; and,
WHEREAS, Dean Pump, Inc. submitted a bid of$30,940.12; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Dean Pump, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dean Pump, Inc. for an the replacement of an underground fuel
storage tank located at the Police Station in the amount of$30,940.12 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
