RESOLUTION NO. q6 - .24
WHEREAS, bids were received on November 20, 1995, for the purchase of
protective clothing (bunker gear) for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$416 each for
protective coats and $278.00 each for protective pants; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Casco
Industries, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco Industries, Inc. for the purchase of protective coats at
$416.00 each and protective pants at $278.00 each for use by the Fire Department be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
