WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364 1Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 44: 0.155 of an acre out of Lot 16, Block B, Ameila Heights Addition
(Southeast corner of FM 364/Major Drive and Washington Boulevard)
Appraised Value $10,700.00
Less Improvements Retained: None 0.00
Total Compensation $10,700.00
