WHEREAS, on December 4, 1995, bids were received for an annual contract to
furnish Polyacrylamide Cationic Emulsion Liquid Polymer for the Water Utilities Water
Reclamation Division; and,
WHEREAS, Polydyne Inc. submitted a bid of $1.03/lb; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the "opinion that the bid submitted by Polydyne
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Polydyne Inc. for an annual contract to furnish Polyacrylamide
Cationic Emulsion Liquid Polymer for the Water Utilities Water Reclamation Division in the
amount of$1.03/lb be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
