BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the Texas
Department of Criminal Justice and Jefferson County for the extension of water and sewer
lines for a new 600 bed high security facility at the Mark Stiles Unit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
