WHEREAS, on Monday, December 4, 1995, bids were received for repairs to the
chain link fence at the Athletic Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Cardinal Fence Company submitted a bid in the amount of$17,049.00
for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supplies; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cardinal Fence
Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cardinal Fence Company in the amount of$17,049.00 for the
repairs to the chain link fence at the Athletic Complex be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /W day of
1996.
