WHEREAS, the lawsuit of Rebecca Conley, et vir. v. Parisi Investments Inc et al
has been discussed in an Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the lawsuit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the lawsuit of Rebecca
Conley, et vir. v. Parigi Investments Inc et al in the amount of Thirty-Five Thousand and
Five Hundred 00/100 ($35,500.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the q,-, day of
1996.
