WHEREAS, the claim of Melissa Robin Henderson has been discussed in an
Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Melissa Robin
Henderson in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 ($15,500.00)
Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
