RESOLUTION NO. g -
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 40: 0.165 of an acre being Lot 4, Block 7, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition
(2220 South Major Drive)
Appraised Value $25,000.00
Less Improvements Retained:
Wood Frame Residence 500.00
Landscaping 1.00
Total Compensation $24,499.00
