BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with Abercrombie, Simmons & Gillette, Inc., effective February 1, 2004, to
administer the City*s self-insured workers compensation program for $62,400 with the
option to renew for four (4) additional years at the rates of $60,400 for year one and
$62,400 for years two, three and four.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
December, 2003.
