BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Texas, Inc., with an option to renew for one
(1) additional year at the same guaranteed rate for excess workers' compensation
insurance.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
December, 2003.
