BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay $34,257.61 to Mustang Tractor and
Equipment for repairs to a 2000 Caterpillar D7H bulldozer utilized by the Clean Community
Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of
December, 2003.
