RESOLUTION NO. 03-276
WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract for a licensed asbestos consultant;
and,
WHEREAS, Health and Safety Management, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid
as shown on Exhibit "A"; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Health and
Safety Management, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Health and Safety Management, Beaumont, Texas, for an
annual contract in the amount as shown on Exhibit "A" be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
December, 2003.
