BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute contracts as shown:
VENDOR PROPOSED COST PRODUCT
SunGard HTE, Inc. $105,230 Purchase, installation and related training
of Municipal Court software including a
(HTE) module to allow for online payments
Decision Management $27,954 Imaging software which currently
Corporation (DMC) interfaces with the SunGard HTE financial
system.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day
of December, 2003.
