RESOLUTION NO. 03-270
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of thirty (30) laptop computers
through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount of$1,871.89
each for a total cost of $56,156.70 from the Dell Computer Corporation. The Purchase
Program satisfies the State law requiring competitive bids.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9'h day of
December, 2003.
