BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to increase the $350,000 contract with the
Southeast Texas Community Development Corporation (SETCDC) in the amount of
$50,100 to cover the cost of infrastructure at the old Dick Dowling school site.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
December, 2003.
