BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment in the
amount of $34,544.35 to Motorola for an annual software support agreement for a
Motorola Mobile Data Communication System (MDC).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
December, 2003.
