RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from the CPA firm of Gayle W.
Botley & Associates to conduct an audit of the City's financial statements for the year
ending September 30, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint the firm of Gayle W. Botley
& Associates to conduct an audit of the City's financial statements for the year ending
September 30, 1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal submitted by Gayle W. Botley & Associates to conduct an audit of the
City's financial statements for the year ending September 30, 1998 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the firm of Gayle W. Botley & Associates is hereby appointed as the
City's Auditor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1998.
