WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
FM 364/Major Drive Project, Phase III;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
FM 364/Major Drive Project, Phase III, be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 3: 0.104 acres out of the Samuel Stivers League
(6810 South Major Drive)
Appraised Value of Improvements: $2,600.00
Less Improvements Retained
A. Flag Pole $10.00
B. Sign $10.00
Total Compensation $2,580.00
Owner: Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc.
